Terms and Conditions

With the application you are obligated - in the case of a commitment - to participate in all rehearsals and concerts of the project.

A registration fee of 125,- € has to be paid immediately after confirmation. This is made up of 25€ administration expenses and 100€ deposit, which you will get back in cash after the project. (In case of cancellation by the participant the deposit cannot be refunded.)

Travel reimbursement

Travel costs for travelling to and from the project will be reimbursed up to a maximum of €150 against receipt after the end of the project. Tickets for trains, flights and long-distance buses will be reimbursed. Participants are requested to find the most cost-effective travel option as soon as the NPhM has confirmed their participation. Unfortunately, travel costs within the project, public transport tickets and visa costs cannot be reimbursed. Only direct journeys to and from the project will be reimbursed. The entitlement to reimbursement of travel costs expires 6 weeks after the end of the project. 

Accommodation / Food

Musikwerkstatt Jugend e.V. will pay and organize accommodation and food during the rehearsal phase.

During the concert days in Munich there will be private accommodations (bed and breakfast) for non-residential participants. Often additional meals will be offered, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Insurance

The Musikwerkstatt Jugend e.V. only provides liability insurance. The participants must take care of their health, accident, travel and instrument insurance on their themselves.
